QUEEN'S GAMBIT

Queen's Gambit is one of the oldest opening in chess but is still really popular in the current chess world. It is called as a gambit as White appears to sacrifice or give away a pawn. However, even though white sacrifices a pawn, black cannot retain the pawn without having a disadvantage. The objective of this opening is to temporarily sacrifice a pawn in order to gain control over the center of the board. LEGAL'S MATE
